Sear the meat in the pan. Add the paprika and the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then stir the broth in the water and deglaze the meat with it. Now add the sour cream and the processed cheese and simmer a little to create a homogeneous sauce. Just add the spices as needed and bring the whole thing to a boil again.
