Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers, red or yellow, diced
- 300 g chicken breast fillet (s), shredded or diced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable broth, chicken, instant
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon sour cream, sour cream or creme fraiche
- 150 ml water
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- Paprika powder, hot
- Chilli flakes or powder
- 250 g penne

- Sear the meat in the pan. Add the paprika and the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then stir the broth in the water and deglaze the meat with it. Now add the sour cream and the processed cheese and simmer a little to create a homogeneous sauce. Just add the spices as needed and bring the whole thing to a boil again. In the meantime, cook the pasta, drain, then add to the meat and stir well.
