Chicken Breast and Bell Pepper Sandwiches Ingredients

  • Chicken breast fillet – 200-300 g
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Small carrots – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp for the filling + to grease the bread
  • Spices (e.g. chicken seasoning) – to taste
  • Sunflower oil for frying – how much will it take
  • White buns or white bread – 8-10 slices

Chicken Breast and Bell Pepper Sandwiches Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken breast finely and chop the carrot finely.
  2. Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and carrot, and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Chop the bell pepper finely and add it to the pan with the chicken and carrot.
  4. Add 3 tbsp mayonnaise to the pan and season with spices to taste.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Cut the white buns or bread into 8-10 slices.
  7. Spread mayonnaise on each bread slice. Top with the chicken and pepper mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Arrange the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the filling is hot throughout.
