Let the yeast dough rise. Meanwhile, clean the peppers, onions, and garlic cloves and cut into cubes.
Heat the fat in a pan, fry the vegetables in it and season heartily with the herbs. Now stir the cream cheese together, season with salt and pepper, add a few drops of olive oil if necessary.
Now place the yeast dough on a greased baking sheet, then spread the cream cheese mixture and finally the vegetable mixture on top.
Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
