- 1 port. Dough (yeast dough) for a baking sheet
- 4 peppers, colored
- 3 onion (s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 packs goat cream cheese
- 1 packet cream cheese with herbs (normal cream cheese also works)
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- basil
- olive oil

- Let the yeast dough rise. Meanwhile, clean the peppers, onions, and garlic cloves and cut into cubes.
- Heat the fat in a pan, fry the vegetables in it and season heartily with the herbs. Now stir the cream cheese together, season with salt and pepper, add a few drops of olive oil if necessary.
- Now place the yeast dough on a greased baking sheet, then spread the cream cheese mixture and finally the vegetable mixture on top.
- Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
