Instructions

Wash and quarter the peppers and remove the seeds. Place in an ovenproof baking dish and drizzle with a little olive oil. Salt and pepper and distribute the pressed garlic clove over the quarters.
Place in the preheated oven at 180 ° for approx. 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the goat cheese into 8 slices and mix the honey with the maple syrup.
After 10 minutes, spread the cheese on the peppers, drizzle with the honey mixture and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper to serve.
