Instructions

  1. Mix the honey and sugar. Divide the cream cheese into 12 equal pieces. Wrap one half with half a slice of bacon and tie it with chives. Cover the others completely with honey and sprinkle with rosemary. Then put it relatively high in the oven at 220 degrees with top heat, so that there is approx. 10 cm space between the heating rods and the goat cheese. Wait for the honey to blow sufficiently. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool down briefly so that the honey becomes firm.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
