Ingredients
- 5 bell peppers (pointed peppers)
- some garlic
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- 250 g cheese, rated
- some oil

- Halve the pointed peppers and remove the core.
- Place in an oiled baking dish, season with salt, pepper and garlic and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Place in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees, or grill in an aluminum dish in the kettle grill.
