Baked Apple with Goat Cheese and Bacon

Ingredients

1 apple (e.g. Boskoop)
1 slice (s) goat cream cheese, milder, approx. 00 g
2 slices bacon (breakfast bacon)
1 glass mustard (fig mustard - available in well-stocked supermarkets)

Instructions

Cut out the core of an apple. Then halve the apple horizontally. Place the fresh goat cheese slice between the two apple halves. Place the bacon slices crosswise on the apple and place in an ovenproof dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve immediately and serve with the fig mustard.
