Ingredients

  • 200 g date (s), pitted
  • 125 g oat cream cheese
  • 200 grams bacon
  • toothpick
  • some honey, optional

Instructions

  1. First the dates are filled with the goat cheese, break off some of the goat cream cheese with a teaspoon and fill the cavity of the date.
  2. Then cover the filled dates with a layer of bacon and then fix it with a toothpick. As soon as all the dates are ready, put them in a small greased casserole dish and drizzle with a little honey if necessary.
  3. Bake everything in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
