- 1 turkey breast
- 200 g bacon, thinly sliced, lon
- 1 point mozzarella
- 1 point spinach, young
- 1 cup crème fraîche

- Season the turkey breast with a little salt and fresh pepper, cut into it and fill it with the young spinach and mozzarella. Then the turkey breast is closed and wrapped with the bacon. Now place in a roasting dish (it is essential to have the incised side facing up, otherwise the cheese will leak and ruin the gravy), add a little water and brush the bacon with a little oil.
