  • 8 slices goat cream cheese (Käsetaler)
  • 8 slices bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • Pepper, fresher

Instructions

  1. Wrap the goat cheese thalers with the bacon and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C for a good ten minutes beforehand.
  2. Put the whole thing in the oven and bake on the middle rack for ten minutes.
  3. Then arrange two thalers on a plate and drizzle with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Season with a little salt and fresh pepper and serve immediately.
  4. Tip: Optionally, you can bed the thalers on lamb`s lettuce. That tastes very good too.
