Baked Potatoes with Cheese and Bacon Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Bacon – 200 g
  • Onions – 200 g
  • Dry white wine – 100 ml
  • Cream 10-20% – 150 ml
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Ground nutmeg – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and wash onions and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, fill with water and boil for 10 minutes after boiling. We put the potatoes in a colander. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the bacon into strips. Fry bacon in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes. Add the onion to the bacon. Fry for another 3-4 minutes. Mix cream with wine, add nutmeg. Salt and pepper. We mix.
  3. Cut the cheese into thin slices. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. In a baking dish, evenly spread half of the bacon and onions. Put half of the potatoes on top of the bacon and onions. Then another layer of bacon and onions. We spread the remaining potatoes. Pour the potatoes, bacon, and onions with butter evenly. Put slices of cheese on top of the potatoes.

  4. We send the potatoes with bacon and cheese to the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Let the baked potatoes with bacon and cheese cool slightly and serve with vegetables.
