Apple, Baked with Goat Cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut out the core. Then cut into 8 even slices, approx. 1 cm thick. Place the goat cheese slices on top. Put a few flakes of butter, a little thyme and brown sugar on top of the goat cheese.
  2. Bake at 180 ° for about 10 minutes. I always check how far the cheese has melted. The cheese should be soft but not run off the apple slices.
  3. I calculate 2 slices per person.
  4. At will e.g., garnish with salad.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
