Ingredients
- 200 g biscuit (s) (chocolate chip cookies)
- 50 g hazelnuts, roasted, rated
- 100 g butter, melt
- 100 g oat cream cheese
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g yourt (vanilla flavor)
- 70 g suar
- 150 ml cream
- 30 grams flour
- 100 g chocolate, dark
- 1 pinch coffee powder, instant
- 30 ml syrup (walnut syrup)
- 40 g butter
- 30 ml liqueur (hazelnut liqueur)
- Cocoa for dusting

- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Process the biscuits into fine crumbs in a blender. Mix with the nuts and melted butter and line a tart pan with it.
- Mix the goat cream cheese with the eggs, vanilla yoghurt, sugar, cream and the flour to a smooth mass. Place on the crumbs and bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop the chocolate and melt it over a water bath. Carefully stir in the coffee powder, walnut syrup, butter and the liqueur one after the other. Spread the chocolate mixture over the slightly cooled cake, smooth it out and let it set. Serve dusted with cocoa.
