Ingredients
- 1 packet puff pastry
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 g spinach leaves
- 8 cherry tomato (s)
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 100 fresh goat cheese
- 50 g feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoon cheese, grated
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg

- Fry the bacon in a little butter in a large pan. Put the spinach in the pan with the garlic and let the spinach collapse. Halve the tomatoes, add them to the pan and immediately remove the pan from the heat.
- Now mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, cream cheese and feta cheese in a bowl and season the mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Then mix everything with the spinach.
- Grease a springform pan and line it with the puff pastry. Then put the filling in the springform pan and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake the quiche at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
- Important: Leave to cool for 1 hour after baking, otherwise the quiche can easily fall apart when cutting.
