- 200 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 5 egg (s), separated
- 120 grams flour
- 10 g bakin powder
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 200 g chocolate, tart cream chocolate (cut into small pieces)

- Switch the oven to 160 ° convection.
- Beat the egg whites very hard. Mix the soft butter with sugar until creamy, then stir in the yolks one at a time.
- Stir in the flour, nuts and chocolate mixed with baking powder and finally stir in the egg whites.
- Spread the dough in a prepared loaf pan and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes (stick test) - when cold, sprinkle with icing sugar.
