- 200 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 6 egg yolks

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the cherries in a colander and drain.
- Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with baking powder.

Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 180 ° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. Perform a chopstick test. Let the cake cool on a wire rack.
- Melt the couverture in a water bath, pour it onto the cake and spread it all around with a knife. Let cool down. Carefully cut with a knife dipped in hot water.
