Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the dough and pour into the greased loaf pan. If the dough is still too thick after adding the milk, simply add a little milk.
  3. Spread the sour cherries and chocolate sprinkles on the dough.
  4. Bake in the hot oven for about 45 minutes on the middle rack.
