Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g mararine
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 320 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 125 ml egg liqueur

For covering:

  • 2 glasses sour cherries, drained well

For the sprinkles:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g butter, very soft
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Put the cherries in a colander and drain.
  4. For the batter, beat the sugar and vanilla sugar with the eggs until frothy. Add margarine and stir. Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and nuts and stir into the batter alternately with the egg liqueur. Finally add the chocolate sprinkles and stir in. Spread the dough evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the drained cherries on the batter.
  5. For the crumble dough, knead the flour, sugar, cinnamon and softened butter into a crumble dough and spread over the cherries.
  6. Bake in the oven, lower shelf, at 200 ° C for approx. 30-40 minutes. Make a chopstick test. Let cool well and cut into pieces.
