Ingredients

  • 230 g flour

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 glass morello cherries, drained
  • possibly powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy. Add the softened butter. Add all the other ingredients except for the cherries and stir for a few minutes with the mixer to a uniform mass. Fold in the drained cherries with a spoon.
