- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 200 ml egg liqueur
- 100 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- Preheat the oven to 160-180 ° C
- Beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with the hand mixer on the highest setting for 1 minute until frothy. Stir in the oil and egg liqueur.
- Mix the flour, starch and baking powder, sift and stir in portions on a medium heat.
- Grease the muffin tin or line it with paper liners, pour in the batter and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Let the muffins cool for 10 minutes, then remove them from the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
