Eggnog

Eggnog is a delicious dessert, a healthy dish, and a healing agent (recommended for medicinal purposes for sore throat, against hoarseness or loss of voice).
Ingredients
- Chicken egg (yolk) – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
- Milk – 0.75 cups
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Lemon – 1 slice
We won’t need protein in this recipe. You can make meringues out of it, for example.
Directions
- Separate the whites from the yolk.
- Beat the yolk with a whisk, add 1-2 tablespoon. tablespoons of sugar, a little salt.
- Beat everything thoroughly.
- Then pour in 0.75 cups of boiled and chilled milk and mix.
- Serve cold mogul with a slice of lemon. Bon Appetit!
