Ingredients
- 1 glass sour cherries, (drained weight 350g)
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 200 g whipped cream
- 350 g quark, (20% fat)
- 8 cl egg liqueur
- 2 packs vanilla sugar (bourbon)

- Heat the cherries with the juice and 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- Mix the cornstarch according to the instructions on the packet and bring to the boil with the cherries, then refrigerate.
- Whip the cream. Put the quark with eggnog, vanilla sugar and remaining sugar in a mixing bowl and stir well. Carefully fold in the cream.
- Layer quark - eggnog - cream and cooled cherries in 4 dessert glasses.
