Instructions

  1. Heat the cherries with the juice and 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Mix the cornstarch according to the instructions on the packet and bring to the boil with the cherries, then refrigerate.
  3. Whip the cream. Put the quark with eggnog, vanilla sugar and remaining sugar in a mixing bowl and stir well. Carefully fold in the cream.
  4. Layer quark - eggnog - cream and cooled cherries in 4 dessert glasses.
