Ingredients
- 5 egg (s)
- 200 g suar (powdered suar is better)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.25 liter ¼ oil (I recommend rapeseed oil)
- 0.25 liter ¼ egg liqueur
- 125 g flour
- 125 g nuts, round (choice nuts are juicier than hazelnuts)
- 1 packet baking powder

- Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix the oil, eggnog, flour, baking powder and the ground nuts together. Fold the egg foam into the batter.
- Caution: The dough is rather liquid, so it doesn`t have the usual consistency!
- Put the dough in a greased dish and place on the middle shelf in the oven preheated to 160 ° C. The cake takes about 1 hour (stick test!).
