Ingredients
- 250 g butter, soft
- 180 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 1 cup eggnog
- 250 g chocolate flakes (1/2 dark, 1/2 whole milk)
- some powdered sugar

- Roughly whisk the butter, sugar and eggs together. Stir in the baking powder and flour. Finally, add the egg liqueur and the chocolate shavings.
- Bake the whole thing for 1 hour at 170 ° C, 1/2 hour before the cake is ready, cover with aluminum foil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
