  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 250 ml oil
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 75 g coffee (mocca beans)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the egg liqueur and the oil and stir in. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve onto the egg and oil mixture and stir. Pour half of the dough into a greased cup cake tin (2.5 liters) sprinkled with flour. Sieve 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa onto the remaining dough and stir in. Fold in the mocha beans and pour the dark batter onto the light batter. Use a fork to pull the dark dough under the light dough in a spiral. Bake the cake in the preheated oven (electric stove 175 ° / gas stove level 2) for about 1 hour. Then let cool down a little, fall out of the mold and let cool down completely. Dust with powdered sugar and the rest of the cocoa.
