  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 250 ml oil
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 175 g flour
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Margarine and a few coconut flakes for the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Mix the egg liqueur with the oil, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut and eggs with the hand mixer, slowly pour in the flour and baking powder and stir for about 1 minute.
  3. Grease a bundt pan with margarine and sprinkle with coconut flakes, pour in the batter and bake the cake for 45-50 minutes (chopsticks test).
  4. Decorate as you wish.
