Instructions

  1. First peel and finely chop the onion and the clove of garlic. Now peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes (about 2 cm). Dice the peppers and tomatoes as well.
  2. Now heat a saucepan with oil and fry the onion. Then fry the peppers, tomatoes and garlic for 5 minutes. Fill up with 50 ml water and steam for 10 minutes. Then add the caraway seeds, salt, pepper, paprika powder and the cloves. Stir and then add the potatoes and the rest of the water (700 ml). Cook for 1 hour over medium heat.
  3. Finally add the sliced debrecziner and cook for another 10 minutes.
