Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Peel the potatoes and cut into roughly 2 cm cubes. Dice the pointed pepper and tomatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the diced peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 50 ml water and steam for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the caraway seeds, paprika powder, clove powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the potato cubes and 700 ml water to the saucepan.
  6. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
  7. Slice the Debrecziner sausages and add to the pot. Cook for another 10 minutes.
