- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Peel the potatoes and cut into roughly 2 cm cubes. Dice the pointed pepper and tomatoes.
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the diced peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 50 ml water and steam for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the caraway seeds, paprika powder, clove powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the potato cubes and 700 ml water to the saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
- Slice the Debrecziner sausages and add to the pot. Cook for another 10 minutes.
