Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces. Slice the cucumber with or without the peel and add to the pepper pieces.
  2. Whip the olive oil with balsamic vinegar and granulated vegetable stock and add sugar or sweetener to taste. Mix with the vegetables and serve.
