- Vegetable broth, grained
- Sugar or sweetener, more liquid

- Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces. Slice the cucumber with or without the peel and add to the pepper pieces.
- Whip the olive oil with balsamic vinegar and granulated vegetable stock and add sugar or sweetener to taste. Mix with the vegetables and serve.
