Fry the mince, onions and garlic in a pan. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Pour water on and add the chopped peppers. Let everything simmer until the peppers are soft. If necessary, thicken with a sauce thickener. If you want, you can add some cream.
Rice, pasta, potatoes go well with it - everything goes well.
My favorite side dish: mashed potatoes and salad, that works every day.
