Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water until cooked.
  2. Wash, clean and cut the peppers into strips. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan. Almost fry the mince in it. Add the finished rice and tomatoes. Season well with oregano and bring to the boil. Then add the peppers. Let simmer for a few more minutes, but the pepper pieces should still remain a little firm to the bite.
  4. Season to taste before serving.
