Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a 12 muffin pan.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  3. Put the buttermilk, eggs, and oil in a mixing bowl and stir with a whisk. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in with salt, semolina and paprika powder.
  4. Finally fold in the diced paprika and cheese. Fill the muffin tray and place the tray on the wire rack in the oven.
  5. After baking, let muffins cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Taste warm and cold.
