Halve the washed peppers, remove the seeds and cut into approx. 1 cm wide strips. Halve the onion and cut into strips lengthways. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add the pepper strips. Sauté for a few minutes, then add the onion, season with a little sea salt and fry with it. Fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes while stirring. Then put in a bowl. Squeeze the two cloves of garlic and pour over the vegetables. Then drizzle the vegetables with a little olive oil and add 2 tablespoons of Aceto di Modena. You can sprinkle a handful of lentils boiled in salted water or roasted pine nuts over the salad. Then mix well and refrigerate.
