- Put both types of beans in a colander, rinse and drain.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips, dice the feta, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mix everything.
- Mix a sauce of vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped herbs and pour over the salad. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
- We usually serve it as a side dish for grilling.
