Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can beans, white
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, possibly balsamic vinegar
  • chives
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Put both types of beans in a colander, rinse and drain.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into strips, dice the feta, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mix everything.
  3. Mix a sauce of vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped herbs and pour over the salad. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
  4. We usually serve it as a side dish for grilling.
