Instructions

  1. Roughly dice paprika and onion, finely dice garlic and ginger. Steam everything together in olive oil until the onion pieces are translucent. Add Sangrita and puree everything.
  2. Pour soup into plates and garnish with cream cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
