Ingredients
- 4 bell pepper (s), red, alternatively yellow
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece (s) ginger root
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bottle Sangrita spicy, hot and slightly sour tomato juice
- 4 tablespoon cream cheese
- 4 teaspoons parsley, chopped

- Roughly dice paprika and onion, finely dice garlic and ginger. Steam everything together in olive oil until the onion pieces are translucent. Add Sangrita and puree everything.
- Pour soup into plates and garnish with cream cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
