Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers, chopped (not green)
- 1 gr. can tomato (s) (850 ml), peeled, chopped up
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet and hot pink
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 240 g noodles (soup noodles)

- Heat the oil in the pan. Then sauté the onions, garlic and chilli pepper in it. Then add the pepper pieces and fry the whole thing for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the soup noodles in a separate saucepan until they are almost firm to the bite.
- Add the tomato pieces with the juice to the pepper pieces, season with salt and pepper and add the sugar. Let the whole simmer for about 15 minutes on a low flame, until the pepper pieces are cooked through. Then either puree the soup with the hand blender or strain it through a sieve. Season to taste with paprika powder. Add the pasta at the end and serve.
- Tip: If you like it a little spicier, you can also add Piri Piri. For the milder version, add a little crème fraiche.
