Wash and clean the peppers and cut into pieces approx. 2 cm in size. Diced tomatoes, thin rings of leek.
Cut the herbs.
Put the fat in a saucepan or stew pan and gradually sauté the peppers, tomatoes and leeks. Season with the granulated broth and salt, pepper and paprika. Deglaze with a little water. Simmer (do not boil) for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Now add the herbs and the creme fraiche. Don`t let it boil anymore.
