Ingredients
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 2 bell peppers, yellow or orange
- 4 tomato (s)
- 1 leek, thick
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- some broth, grains
- 1 cup crème fraîche natural
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- Fat, for sautéing the vegetables

- Wash and clean the peppers and cut into pieces approx. 2 cm in size. Diced tomatoes, thin rings of leek.
- Cut the herbs.
- Put the fat in a saucepan or stew pan and gradually sauté the peppers, tomatoes and leeks. Season with the granulated broth and salt, pepper and paprika. Deglaze with a little water. Simmer (do not boil) for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
- Now add the herbs and the creme fraiche. Don`t let it boil anymore.
