Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well for the sauce. Add chili powder and Tabasco depending on the degree of spiciness you want.
  2. The sauce can be prepared earlier to allow something to go through.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat (or according to the instructions on the french fries pack). Put the french fries in the oven.
  4. Cut the onion into thin rings for the garnish. Beat the schnitzel and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  5. About 15 minutes before the fries are ready, fry the meat on both sides in the pan.
  6. In the meantime, put the toasts in the toaster and arrange two toasts on each plate.
  7. Then put the meat on the toasts. Pour 4 - 5 tablespoons of the devil toast sauce over the meat and garnish with onion rings. Put the fries on the plates and serve with the rest of the sauce.
  8. If you want, you can prepare a small salad as a side dish.
