Ingredients
- 4 small turkey escalope or pork escalope
- 1 large onion (s)
- 4 gr. Slice (s) toast bread
- 1 packet frozen fries for the oven
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Fat for frying
For the sauce:
- 250 ml salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
- 150 ml ketchup
- 8 tablespoon cucumber water
- 2 tablespoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder or less, depending on the degree heat required
- 1 tablespoon, heaped garlic, chopped, or garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 dashes Tabasco

- Mix all ingredients well for the sauce. Add chili powder and Tabasco depending on the degree of spiciness you want.
- The sauce can be prepared earlier to allow something to go through.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat (or according to the instructions on the french fries pack). Put the french fries in the oven.
- Cut the onion into thin rings for the garnish. Beat the schnitzel and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- About 15 minutes before the fries are ready, fry the meat on both sides in the pan.
- In the meantime, put the toasts in the toaster and arrange two toasts on each plate.
- Then put the meat on the toasts. Pour 4 - 5 tablespoons of the devil toast sauce over the meat and garnish with onion rings. Put the fries on the plates and serve with the rest of the sauce.
