Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 ¾ cup / s flour
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, heaped up
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g sour cream
For the cast:
- 1 packet powdered sugar
- Lemon juice

- Preheat the oven to 160-170 ° top and bottom heat.
- Mix all ingredients together until a smooth, slightly firm dough is formed. Spread the dough evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the cake for about 20-25 minutes. Use a wooden stick to test that the cake is good.
- Let the cake cool down.
- Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice so that the sugar dissolves properly and a glaze that is not too runny is created. Spread on the cake.
- I always use a cup for the different ingredients. It`s even faster and easier because you only have to get 1 cup dirty.
- If you don`t want to use cups, take 300 g sugar, 250 g margarine and 300 g flour.
