Ingredients
- 6 slices pork loin (s), approx. 1-1.5 cm thick
- 200 ml ketchup
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
- 6 slices toast
- 1 dash cream, condensed milk can also be used as a substitute
- little fat, for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, cream and paprika powder until you have a homogeneous sauce. Then fry the pork loin in a little fat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Toast the toast in the toaster until golden.
- Place the fried pork loin on the toast and pour about 3-4 tablespoons of sauce over it.
