Mix all ingredients together until a smooth, slightly firm dough is formed. Spread the dough evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the cake for about 20-25 minutes. Use a wooden stick to test that the cake is good.
Let the cake cool down.
Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice so that the sugar dissolves properly and a glaze that is not too runny is created. Spread on the cake.
I always use a cup for the different ingredients. It`s even faster and easier because you only have to get 1 cup dirty.
If you don`t want to use cups, take 300 g sugar, 250 g margarine and 300 g flour.
