Instructions

  1. Put the meat in boiling water and skim off after boiling.
  2. Add the spices and the chopped soup greens and cook over a low flame for 2 hours.
  3. Remove and portion the meat. Arrange the meat on a plate, pour some meat stock over it and serve with horseradish sauce, boiled potatoes and pickles.
