Make a yeast dough with all the ingredients and knead well until it separates from the bowl. Keep warm for about 30 minutes and let rise until the volume has doubled. Knead vigorously on a floured work surface, fold over each other several times and shape into a roll. Cut the roll into approx. 15 equal pieces and form long rolls (baguettes). Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it start briefly and then brush the rolls with water.
